This page identifies the current pre-launch status of Project OWN, records the project's intellectual-property position and sets the basic conditions for use of this marketing website.
1. Website operator
No registered company, trade-register number or VAT number is represented by this pre-launch marketing site. Before Project OWN begins commercial online services, this notice should be updated with the operating legal entity, full geographic address, registration details and VAT information where applicable.
2. Pre-launch information site
This website explains a product and business concept that is under active development. It does not currently offer game purchases, payment processing, legally binding OWN Certification, public developer contracts or commercial Game Core fulfilment through this marketing build.
Product names, specifications, certification rules, roadmap states, hardware concepts and visual renders may evolve before commercial release. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a guarantee that a future product will launch with every illustrated feature or specification unchanged.

To the extent protected by applicable law, original Project OWN materials may include website text and layout, project documentation, software and source code, diagrams, technical specifications, original graphics, logos and symbol artwork, product renderings, interface concepts, packaging designs, certification artwork and other original creative expression.
Copyright protection, where the legal requirements are met, arises independently of this notice. This notice is included to identify the claimed source of the work and to make the project's position clear.
4. Project provenance and the idea itself
An abstract idea, procedure, system or business method is not made exclusively owned merely because it is described on a website. Copyright protects eligible original expression, not the underlying idea as such. Trade mark, design and patent rights have separate legal tests and may require registration.
Project OWN nevertheless maintains a contemporaneous evidence trail showing the development and chronology of the project. Project OWN, the OWN identity system, OWN Certified, the Game Core physical-product system and the wider ownership/preservation platform were documented in dated working materials during August 2026. The project also maintains version-control history, design files, source documents, domain-registration records and public publication records.
This provenance statement is intended to record chronology and authorship claims over protectable material. It is not represented as a patent, registered trade mark or court determination of ownership.
5. Project names and brand identifiers
Project OWN, OWN, OWN Certified, Game Core, the OWN wordmark, the O symbol and associated visual identifiers are used by Project OWN as brand and product identifiers.
No use of this website should be read as a statement that those names or marks are registered trade marks unless a future page expressly states that a particular registration has been granted. The registered-trade-mark symbol ® is not claimed here.
Third-party game names, company names, platform names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Use of this website
You may view and link to publicly available pages for ordinary personal, editorial and discussion purposes. Except where permitted by law, access to the site does not grant a licence to reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, manufacture from, remove ownership notices from or commercially exploit protected Project OWN materials.
